Lucie has worked at ATAIRU since 2018 with more than 3 000 hours of experience consulting, training and mentoring leaders.

At ATAIRU she is responsible for leading and development of Authentic Leadership programs that are focused on innate means of communication and collaboration for leaders, building resistance, dealing with stress, working with limiting behavioral patterns, focus and capabilities.

Her topic is also diversity in teams and organizations in terms of working with individuals and the different preferences of people to ensure the highest level of motivation and performance.
